If you are having problems viewing pages in our website, or you cannot access the members area, please read our troubleshooting tips to make sure you have the correct settings enabled.

Note: You may still be able to access certain features of the Member's Section if you do not have any of the above. However, for optimum security and accessibility, these are recommended.

Necessary settings in your browser
Check the following settings are enabled in your browser. The paths to the various options in Windows (Internet Explorer) are provided for your reference.

Java Applets

Allows you to view the scrolling news headlines. Go to:
Tools > Internet Options > Security tab > Click on "Custom Level..." > Microsoft VM > Java Permissions > Medium Safety

JavaScript & Cookies

Allows us to validate any forms you fill in, as well as provide enhanced navigation ability. Go to:
Tools > Internet Options > Security tab > Click on "Custom Level..." > Active Scripting > Enable


Optional settings
Certain settings in Internet Explorer are optional, and depend on your personal preference:

Forms Autocomplete

Automatically fills in your personal details when you begin typing into a text box

Windows: Tools > Internet Options > Content tab > Click on "AutoComplete" > Uncheck the following:
Web Addresses (optional)
Forms
Usernames and passwords on forms

Show Alerts

Causes an alert message to pop-up when you enter or leave the secure Member's Section, or when you submit a form

Windows: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab > Select from the variety options you wish to enable or disable


Problems viewing website updates
Your browser has the ability to temporarily save pages you've visited so that the next time you visit them they will download much more quickly. Sometimes, after the website has been updated, you are still viewing an older page that was "cached" by your browser the last time you visited. To view the updated page, do the following:

Obtain a blank screen by typing "about:blank" into the address bar.

Tools > Internet Options > Content tab > Click "Delete Files..." > Check Delete all offline content
